Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
a. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Initiation
a. Customers must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.

a. Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
b. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

b. If the return is approved, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement product.
